Main Campus Pay 250-350 /hr with profit sharing

Freestanding ERs 200-220/hr with profit sharing

Private group with no outside private equity backing. Primary facility is Texoma Medical Center which is located 55 miles north of Dallas. Texas. In addition, we have 2 Freestanding facilities in the region. Volume of combined facilities is approximately 80K annually. Contract started on 9/1/22, but the core group of physicians have worked at this location for the past 10 years. Since the group has recently achieved independence from a corporate medical group, the hourly compensation at the main campus has only a one-month history. We anticipate, based upon the volume and acuity the compensation range to be $250-$350 per hour based upon productivity. There is a $220 floor and profit-sharing year-end bonus. Partnership tracks are being structured as well but have not been finalized. Compensation at the Freestanding locations ranges from $200-220 per hour. EMR is Cerner. Main campus is 9- or 10-hour shifts with each physician to have a scribe (NOT virtual) for their entire shift. Patients per hour range is 3.19-3.47,(including pt seen by midlevels) and 35% admissions rate. Specialty support is excellent with good response times. Facility is a designated trauma center.
