Aaron Guess, a dedicated medical professional with a passion for serving his community, was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. From an early age, he displayed a strong interest in healthcare, which eventually led him to pursue a career in medicine.
In 2004, Aaron graduated from Texas Christian University, where he pursued his studies in Kinesiology. With a keen interest in understanding human movement and exercise science, he laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors in healthcare.
Driven by a desire to deepen his knowledge and skills, Aaron went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Demonstrating his commitment to excellence, he graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
Continuing his educational journey, Aaron enrolled at the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. It was during this period that he not only excelled academically but also met the love of his life, his beautiful wife, and they now have three amazing children together.
After completing his medical degree with honors, Aaron pursued a residency in Emergency Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This experience allowed him to gain invaluable hands-on training and refine his clinical skills in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Following the completion of his residency, Aaron dedicated three years of his career to working within the Methodist Hospital system in the Houston area. During this time, he gained valuable experience in emergency medicine, further solidifying his expertise in providing acute medical care to patients in need.
In 2016, driven by a desire to be closer to their families, Aaron and his wife made the decision to move back to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, their beloved hometown. Since then, he has been a valued member of the medical team at Texoma Medical Center, where he has served as an emergency medicine physician since 2016. Aaron takes great pride in working at Texoma Medical Center, utilizing his skills to provide quality healthcare to the community.
Aaron’s commitment to professional growth and expertise is evident through his board certification by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Additionally, he serves as a consultant for the Texas Medical Board, lending his insights and knowledge to help shape and improve medical practices across the state.
With a genuine passion for his work, Aaron finds fulfillment in serving his patients and making a positive impact on their lives during times of medical crisis. His compassionate nature, coupled with his extensive medical knowledge, allows him to deliver exceptional care and support to those in need.
Currently, Dr. Guess holds numerous Level One leadership roles including Director of Quality and Documentation and Director of Scribe Operations. He is a valuable member of the Level One Executive Leadership Team and is actively involved in leading expansion opportunities throughout the country.
